They have been teaching antisemitism now for several years, and its come to a fore. Let me tell you what im most afraid of. Among the people in front of Columbia University<\/a> are people who will become terrorists, who will help hamas, who will be part of the fifth column. How do i know this . Because i represented many dissenters and protesters during the 1960s and 1970s. And do you know what happened to some of them . Some of them turned from Advocating Terror Theism<\/a> to becoming terrorists. People like kathy the boudin and bernadette borne. They started as a protester, then joined the Weather Underground<\/a> and thats going to happen to these protesters. Its coming to a theater near you. The former federal prosecutor, mark if pom if rants, who at one time volunteered to serve as Special Assistant<\/a> the District Attorney<\/a> to develop a case against trump, the he was one of the main forces in pressuring bragg to charge trump. Pomerantz, who donated to Hillary Clintons<\/a> 2016 campaign, resigned shortly after bragg took office, but according to the report, quote, when bragg did not move quickly enough to file charges against President Trump<\/a>, pomerantz opted to go public writing a book and orchestrating a Pressure Campaign<\/a> to force bragg into action, and it worked. Well, Professor Dershowitz<\/a> just said theres no crime here, and when theres no crime there, theres no case. Thats why the department of justice didnt bring a case, why the federal Elections Committee<\/a> didnt bring a case, that thats why alvin braggs predecessor didnt bring the case. And, frankly, even alvin bragg, when he gets in office a although he campaigned on saying im going to go after trump even he wouldnt bring the case because theres noing this there. Their star witness michael cohen, a Convicted Perjurer<\/a> who lied six times in front of a congressional committee. Theres nothing there until, until two things happened. One, President Trump<\/a> announces hes running for president , and then, two, mark pomerantz, who had volunteered, who wasnt even paid he was so committed to going after President Trump<\/a>, he didnt even take a value salary, hes working for alvin bragg. He resigned, goes public and writes a book. Thats what prompted alvin bragg to bring this case when there is no case and no crime. And our report lays all that out. In fact, pomerantz, he wasnt even we subpoenaed him, and he fought it. We went to court, and the judge, the court says, no, you have got to come testify. So he comes testifies and takes the fifth umpteen times. Its all a political. And, again, as a eric trump said earlier, i think the country sees. Maria well, thats what i wanted to ask you, is that resonating on people. Whether or not what youre saying is right, that theres no crime, we cant figure out what the crime is, or President Trump<\/a> is in court every day all a day long, and hes sitting there. And hen youve got joe biden on the other side of the Screen Campaigning<\/a> in all of these swing states. After a while does this resonate in the Psyche Of American Citizens<\/a> and voters that they just assume one guys bad, one guys good . Well, yeah, i think were way past that because theyve seen this weaponization of government. Theyve seen this lawfare, and theyve seen just the escalation of attacks on President Trump<\/a> all the way back to 16. They spied on his campaign, then it was the mueller or investigation, then it was impeachment, then they raided his home, then its jack smith, then its alvin bragg, then its fani willis, then its the 4th Amendment<\/a> and now its this trial in new york, the its gag order. If theres one thing that beings me more than anything else, its the fact that they put a gag order on the president of the United States<\/a>, former president of the United States<\/a> and the nominee for the Republican Party<\/a> running for president. Hes got a gag order but michael cohen, a Convicted Perjurer<\/a>, gets to say whatever he wants . Thats ridiculous. And heres the other thing i noticed this week too. When you look at what happened at the Supreme Court<\/a>, and it looked like the argument as went very well for our side. When you look at what happened there, everyones saying, oh, this is probably going to get sent back to a lower court and theyre going to sort through the facts and there there wont be a trial before the election. All the mainstream medias talking about, oh, were not going to have a trial before the election. Why the heck does that matter . I thought you were focused on getting the to the truth. Its all political for these folks. And heres the other thing, maria. Bragg is the crime hes trying to get to is, oh, President Trump<\/a> was involved in a conspiracy to obstruct the 2020 2016 election. And then jack smith is saying President Trump<\/a> was involved in a conspiracy if to interfere with the 2020 election. Seems to me the truth really is alvin bragg and jack smith are in a conspiracy to impact the 2024 race. And, frankly, fani willis is part of that effort as a well. Thats what the American People<\/a> see. Maria well, look, i mean, at this point american citizens are asking what can you do about it. I mean, look, with all due respect, people are sick and tired of congressional investigations that go nowhere. People are sick and tired of letters being written and sent to the people who we know are bad in the first place. They want you to do something about it. Your an elected official. What can you do to right these wrongs . Youre an elected official. Well, we passed legislation out of the committee that would the help remedy the situation, particularly the one many new york, the president or Vice President<\/a> can move a case to Federal Court<\/a> for when you do these State Prosecutors<\/a> who are going after someone with for a political reason are. So were a legislative branch. We cant put anyone in jail, and i dont think the Biden Administration<\/a>, their doj is going to go after the people they need to go after. Youre just not going to get that from merrick garland. I asked a question a couple weeks ago, you know, what we all know from the if Biden Administration<\/a> who planted the pipe bombs on january 6th, who leaked the dobbs draft opinion, you know, the one that led to an assassination if attempt on justice kavanaugh.
