After the Rusty Parrot burned down one night in November 2019, owner Ron Harrison wanted to find a certain kind of team to oversee construction of the new lodge. What he and his family sought was the âsame kind of cultureâ as the crew that built the original Rusty Parrot in about five months in 1990. Someone organized and detail-oriented. Someone who makes sure things are done right, done on time and done on budget. Someone with great recommendations from past clients. âThis is kind of a big project for the Harrison family,â he said. Shopping around, Harrison heard glowing reports about one person in particular: Stan Zaist, owner of Zaist Construction Management, a firm thatâs in its 25th year in business and is now calling itself ZCM Inc.
