FTC Proposed Regulation of Employee Noncomplete Clauses : vi

Employee noncompetes under fire by Federal Trade Commission. Regulation would implement sweeping ban on employee noncompete clauses across US with few exceptions. Regulation would apply to noncompetes with all employees and retroactively to existing noncompete agreements.
