The City Council unanimously voted on Tuesday to implement the regulations on Valencia Drive between Raymond Avenue and State College Boulevard. The city had stopped enforcing the parking regulations due to the coronavirus pandemic. Now homeless individuals who live on Valencia Drive and activists who have been helping them are concerned about where they will go.
