AM Prep-Cooler Copy PRESIDENT BIDEN SETS NEW VAX GOAL WASHINGTON (AP) — President Joe Biden has set a new vaccination goal to deliver at least one shot to 70% of adult Americans by July Fourth. But to see that goal achieved, the government has to deal with the vexing problem of winning over the “doubters” — and those who have no motivation to get inoculated.
