We also know it is not an easy population to convince of some things, with some of the issues that go with homelessness and the lack of trust of society,” Interior Health Chief Medical Health officer Dr. Albert de Villiers told media Friday. “We are reaching in constantly to explain the benefits of the vaccine to people, that it’s not the government out to get them, all these conspiracy theory things,” de Villiers said.
