Groups and organizations benefit from gaming grants : vimars

·      Kingswood Golf Club Inc. of Kipling, $162.16;
·      Lampman and District Lions Club, $1,186.81;
·      Lampman Family Centre, $198.75;
·      Royal Canadian Legion Saskatchewan Command District 1 in Oxbow, $645.96; and
·      Redvers Activity Centre Foundation Inc., $207.31;
·      Wawota Community Forum Committee, $1,124.38;
The charitable gaming grant program supports groups and organizations that conduct charitable gaming, including licensed bingos, raffles, break-open tickets, Texas hold 'em poker and Monte Carlo events. Groups and organizations receive a grant equal to 25 per cent of the net revenues raised from these activities, up to a maximum grant of $100,000 annually. More than 300 groups received grants during the latest quarter ending Dec. 31, 2020.
