The Company’s business strategy focuses on production efficiencies, driving higher margin product sales, and strategic acquisitions of distressed assets. Grown Rogue achieved positive Adjusted EBITDA 1 for the year ending October 31, 2020, with Cash Margin for Grown Rogue products 2 reaching 62%.
