Mayors-elect and vice mayors-elect will take their oaths of office in front of the Guam Museum at noon Jan. 4. Administering the oath of office will be the F. Philip Carbullido, chief justice of the Supreme Court of Guam. Nineteen mayors and seven vice mayors were elected Nov. 3; results were certified by the Guam Election Commission Nov. 20. Roads around the museum will be closed from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.: West Chalan Santo Papa, from the Guam Legislature to the post office; Murray Boulevard, from the post Office to law offices; and Seaton Boulevard, from the Guam Legislature to Submarina.
