Hardin County hires new engineer : vimarsana.com

A new engineer is joining the Hardin County Government team.
Hardin Fiscal Court on Tuesday approved the hiring of Charles “Charlie” A. Allen, P.E. as the county’s next engineer. Current County Engineer Vicki Meredith will retire early next year.
“We are appreciative of Vicki’s years of dedicated service to Hardin County,” Judge-Executive Harry Berry said in a news release. “She was our first county engineer and worked tirelessly to develop the technical and programmatic infrastructure required to comply with federal and state regulations. Her work has been an asset to the citizens of Hardin County and with distinction recognized at nearly every level of government.”
