Cllr Krishna Suresh, who is responsible for enforcement on Covid-19 at Harrow Council, said everyone has a responsibility to help reduce the spread of the virus. According to figures provided yesterday (December 13), there were 174 cases in Harrow per 100,000 residents, while there has been a 40 per cent increase in positive cases compared to the previous week. It comes as Harrow – and other London boroughs – prepare for tougher Tier 3 restrictions, which Health Secretary Matt Hancock said will come into effect on Wednesday (December 16).
