A Bristol business that serves up Hawaiian-inspired street food is set to launch a new takeaway in the Wapping Wharf neighbourhood by the city’s harbourside.
Loki Poké specialises in the US state’s traditional poke (pronounced ‘poh-keh’) dish, which consists of marinated sashimi fish with rice and vegetables and is usually served in a bowl.
