Two years after he was arrested for domestic violence following an argument with then-girlfriend Hayden Panettiere, Brian Hickerson has been sentenced to 45 days in jail.
Hickerson pleaded no contest to two felony charges of injuring a spouse/cohabitant/girlfriend/child's parent on Tuesday, People reported.
Hickerson's sentence is set to begin May 7, however he already has 12 days of credit, according to Us Weekly.
