NORRISTOWN, PA — The research group Leapfrog has published their latest update to hospital safety grades, and several hospitals around Norristown and the Montgomery County area are included on the list.
Abington-Memorial Hospital was among just 56 across Pennsylvania to receive the top "A" grade for safety, the study shows. Specifically, the study ranked hospitals based on their ability to protect patients from preventable errors, accidents, injuries, and infections.
