Heritage obstacle surfaces in $245M twin tower project

A prominent London developer is making a key change in its bid to redevelop heritage properties as part of a $245-million twin tower on the former Camden Terrace site.
Old Oak, which took over the project in 2019, now wants to rebuild the face of the former Camden Terrace site on Talbot Street — using materials saved, brick by brick, when the old Victorian rowhouse came down — on the outside of the building, rather than in the lobby as originally proposed.
