A popular, fundraising cookout is changing its venue for 2017. 'Hogs for the Cause' organizers announced Wednesday that the event will now take place at the University of New Orleans Lakefront Arena, instead of City Park.
After more than a decade in New Orleans, Hogs for the Cause, the "Olympigs" of pork festivals in Louisiana, is moving to Belle Chasse.
It also had to push its date back from March to June due to the COVID-19 pandemic in order to make sure the new festival grounds are ready to go. Sign up for our Newsletters
