Hontiveros wants DICT monitoring on DITO services after reports of 'poor service' from consumers By HANA BORDEY, GMA News Published May 27, 2021 12:16pm Senator Risa Hontiveros has asked the Department of Information Communications and Technology (DICT) to monitor the performance of the DITO Telecommunity Corporation as she cited consumer complaints on the so-called third telco’s "poor services." In a statement, Hontiveros said the DICT must forfeit its P25.7-billion performance bond if the China-backed telecommunications company failed to deliver its promises.
