As South Florida's condos age, developers are eagerly looking for sales-minded unit owners who will sell at premium prices and turn over their buildings for redevelopment. The trend, agents and lawyers say, is on the rise as buildings become more expensive to fix and owners, made skittish by the Champlain Tower collapse, become more willing to sell.
