it's the tip of the iceberg here, if you will. that's the way that they see it. sort of a bridge head, if you will. that they see that the chinese government would slowly, slowly eat away the democratic freedoms that they have and that their heirs have had. we are literally at the front line of this protest. what you're seeing now is protestors bringing forward a metal barricade and my guess is, as we've seen them in other places, be careful, thank you, what we've seen them do in other places in this building is try to use these barricades, get a lot of people running behind them, get some momentum, drive them into windows, but also what we've seen elsewhere is once the protestors have smashed the windows, they tend to move on to somewhere else. they haven't so far tried to swarm in the building. this is a tension that's been going on here now for hours and hours. i have to say, it is building.
