which i was pelted by winds and rain and sand. today, the only thing i've been pelted with is a gentle breeze from the west and warm sunshine and that's the same thing that the surfers were pelted with out there today. just enjoying an incredible day in ocean city today. and the waves we're seeing here today. come only with once a year and usually with a major storm where the storm moves out and big he predictable rolling and beautiful swells were left over. there were hundreds of surfers here today. why did ocean city survive the thing? we don't know, it was survived relatively intact. the seawalls held up and no large storm surge and the bay, electricity was basically maintained throughout the night except for the quadrant where we were and things worked out very, very well and reopened the city 12 noon today for visitors and hope that people come back to finish up the vacation. not entirely unscathed, north
