[ applause ] >> consistently what they'll tell me the thing that impacted me the most was hearing from the victims. he thinks, ryan went through all of that trauma, no fault of his own and he's been able to continue on. he hasn't turned to a life of crime. i think that provides them with an ability to reflect on their own life and think about what's possible for them.
