February 14, 2021 J.J. Watt is going to have a ton of teams expressing interest in him this offseason following his release from the Houston Texans. ESPN’s Ed Werder reported that a dozen teams are interested in the former Texans star. Among those who could make a legitimate run at Watt, the Green Bay Packers have been confirmed as one of them, a league source told Sports Illustrated’s Packer Central. Upon being released by the Texans, Watt has a chance to join a contending team as he is in the latter part of his career. Even though Watt turns 32 years old in March, the All-Pro defensive lineman still has plenty to offer a team that is looking to add some firepower to their defensive front.
