BENGALURU: Foreign Policy must not be limited to Indian Foreign Services and political centre of New Delhi but be pursued by youngsters in all parts of the country, including South India, said experts at a recent discussion. The remark was made by Member of Parliament, Shashi Tharoor who explained that he has previously held workshops and programmes in different parts of the country to help youngsters understand the nuances of foreign policy. “Foreign policy is too a critical an issue for the well-being of the people in the country to be confined to the chancelleries of New Delhi, the embassies and the South Block,” he said.
