37 new COVID-19 cases reported in Green River District (Source: WFIE) By Makayla Neukam | May 19, 2021 at 11:21 AM CDT - Updated May 19 at 2:59 PM KENTUCKY (WFIE) - On Wednesday, the Green River District Health Department reported 37 more COVID-19 cases. Health officials say there are 13 new cases in Daviess and Henderson counties, six in Webster County, four in Union County and one in McLean County. There have been 22,135 total reported COVID-19 cases in the district and 396 total deaths. The Muhlenberg County Health Department reported six new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday. This brings the countywide number to 2,961 total cases. Out of these reported cases, 2,864 residents have fully recovered.
