CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida-SpaceX’s first long-term astronaut mission ends. Dragon crew A capsule separated from the International Space Station headed for the Florida coast early Sunday (May 2).
Four astronauts bound inside a Dragon capsule called Resilience First suspicious nocturnal landing in more than 50 years in the U.S.. The crew members, NASA astronauts Mike Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker, and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency’s astronaut Soishi Noguchi completed the six-month mission.
The astronauts departed from the station on Saturday (May 1) at 8:35 PM EST (0035 GMT). The dragon spacecraft suffered a series of short burns to move away from the space station.
