California State Parks and Mountain Parks Foundation have organized a series of nature-based health and wellness activities in Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park and Big Basin Redwoods State Park through October such as "Yoga in the Redwoods" and a "Mindfullness Mini-Retreat," which are a part of the newly launched Redwood Rx program.
