SASPAMCO – The Floresville Electric Light & Power System (FELPS) and Mission Rail Park have begun discussing the park’s possible expansion. During the July 26 meeting of the FELPS board of trustees, Electric Operations Manager Drew Pope said Mission Rail Park’s management wishes to expand the park located off C.R. 128 (Old Corpus Christi Road)
