Fully vaccinated employees will be able to work in the office without a mask. The company did not say whether or not employees would be allowed to continue to work from home after Sept. 7, but did say it would promote a good work-life balance. IBM's U.S. employees will go back to the office the week of Sept. 7, according to a memo sent to staff this week from Chief Human Resources Officer Nickle LaMoreaux.
