Nathaniel Minor/CPR News Jesse Espinoza, left, has dreams of getting into the entertainment business. On Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020, he was riding Pueblo Transit to a plasma center. The route 11 bus was not exactly where Jesse Espinoza wanted to be on a recent morning. He had lost his job as a warehouse packer the day before and was on his way to sell plasma. But he was grateful he had a way to get there. “I really don’t have anyone to help me out,” the 21-year-old Pueblo native said as the bus rattled through the city’s southwest neighborhoods. “The bus is my only source of transportation right now. I could take a taxi or something, but when I’m broke the bus is really it.”
