IT techie denied Rs 89,000 refund after flight cancelled due

An IT professional travelling from Bengaluru to his connecting flight in Mumbai has been denied a refund of Rs 89,000 after the KIA airport was shut down due to a private jet crash. Despite being present at the airport at the time of his flight, he was denied a refund.
