JAXA Sends Self-Destruct Signal to Epsilon-6 After Detecting

The Epsilon-6 rocket launched in Japan on Oct. 12 received a self-destruct signal from JAXA. The latest Epsilon rocket launch from the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) had to be terminated early due to a course deviation mid-flight.
