Jeff Holland: A worthwhile trip to Black Hill Regional Park

On a recent Sunday, the call of birds sent Millie and me 60 miles away from Annapolis to Montgomery County’s Black Hill Regional Park in Boyds, Maryland. My friend Nancy McDonald, a passionate rescuer of injured birds, had organized an event at the park’s visitor center to celebrate the Owl Moon Raptor Center.
