Jerseyville man faces sex assault charge Scott Cousins, scousins@thetelegraph.com FacebookTwitterEmail JERSEYVILLE — A Jerseyville man was charged in a sex assault against a teen-aged victim, and an Elsah man was charged with possession of firearms after having his Firearm Owners Identification Card card revoked in separate felony cases filed by the Jersey County State’s Attorney’s Office. Christopher M. Quinn, 42, of Jerseyville, was charged March 5 with criminal sexual assault, a Class 1 felony. According to court documents, on Feb. 23 Quinn allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old minor. Bail was set at $300,000. In a separate case, Joshua T. McEuen, 34, of Elsah, was charged March 1 with possession of firearm with FOID revoked, a Class 3 felony.
