Judge: Man charged with DWI-related murder of UAlbany studen

A New Jersey man charged with the DWI-related murder of 22-year-old University at Albany student Katryn Fisher on the Northway in Colonie cannot attend college in person at Rutgers University as he awaits trial, a judge ruled Friday.
