Judicial Conduct Board files charges against Harrisburg judge accused of interfering in son’s arrest Updated Feb 08, 2021; Facebook Share The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board on Monday accused a Harrisburg magisterial district judge charged with three crimes of violating standards of judicial conduct. The board also asked that Judge Sonya McKnight be suspended without pay. She currently is suspended with pay. The attorney general’s office filed criminal charges against McKnight in December in connection with a Feb. 22, 2020 traffic stop of her son Kevin Baltimore, 33, in the city of Harrisburg. Police say she used her position as a judge to interfere with officers who were trying to arrest her son.
