Ocala Star-Banner Disband Department of Education It has been far too long for America to continually suffer at the hands of the teacher unions and the federal Department of Education. We need to take back our schools now. The most recent issues include: Teachers unions (NEA, AFT, UFT and more) who overall produce students who have fewer skills year over year. They demand higher and higher salaries at the same time. The same people kept schools closed for months unnecessarily for much of the country because they wanted a vacation and pay raise. The same people want to force critical race theory on America when the parents are now revolting against this nationwide. The teachers insist that America is a racist country, and their goal is a split country.
