In a press conference they held just minutes ago, officials said when the chemicals were released, they made a pop inside of the containers where they were released. The Sheriffs Department says their officers were taken to the hospital as a precaution and the chemicals are not toxic. Again, those explosions were something that they expected. So there was still a big plume in the air. They said moments ago they dont think the public is at any risk, that everything went as they wanted it to. Which is why folks in the area were evacuated to begin with. The plant was shut down this past weekend. All right, yes caw, thanks for the information. With harvey on their minds, Climate Change was a big topic at a town hall meeting with jaky speier. Constituents couldnt help but worry about possible Climate Change effects in the area. Shes wondering if the catastrophic flooding in texas will change some minds. Police need your help identifying a woman accused of posing as a Bank Customer and stealing cash. They posted these photos of the suspect on its facebook page. In the photo, shes wearing glasses and a hat. The woman is accused of withdrawing a large sum of money from the west america bank in livermore on june 21st. Police say she gained access to victims accounts by using a fake drivers license. They also say she did the same thing at other banks, including one in walnut creek. If you recognize here, call police. A dogs owner is demanding answers after her neighbors two dogs came into her yard and mauled her met to dooth. Surveillance cameras show the dogs attacking her dog daisy. The owners of the dogs have not contacted her, and they also havent told San Jose Animal Services the location of the dog. Is it okay that they could attack another person or animal before they get taken . Theyre going to do the same thing, are they going to be able to escape . We want to find out where the dogs are at.
