So when wages go up, you have to increase the price of goods and that creates inflation. Is your extra paranoia this time because we had such low inflation for so long, the businesses are looking at it and going, how do i do this . Absolutely, we have forgotten that there is volatility in the markets. I mean it doesnt take very long, last year was a perfect storm. We have been down 10 , today if you take a look at the indexes, were down a little less than 10, if we get into the 20 area, then this really nice bull market is ending and we call it a bear market. You call it a bear market at 20 . Exactly. Are you more likely to keep going down then . I think the market will figure itself out in the next few days. And the reason is, if you go back to the economy, which is the real indicator, this is how we get paid, the economy is doing very well. Last friday we announced 88 straight months of job growth. We are 88th in the world for our aint to create great jobs. Unemployment is very low, were predicting probably going down sub 4 . Our gdp, chugging along at 4. 5 , we are predicting 3. These are reality checks, all the s p 500 earnings, all the companies, at least 80 of them have exceeded the expectations. If you have a bad kmeconomy you dont see those thinks. The stock market is very speculative, so we have the reality of the economy, and the market is speculative and we have fears of inflation.
