It was a building that did not have fire stops in the walls, dozens of neighbors who were outside this morning say they are not surprised. Fire tore through this home on sanchez and 18th streets this morning, neighbors say they heard an explosion. It sounded like a truck dropping on the ground. Reporter then saw a wall of smoke.
