Investigators say kofi attacked a Security Guard and ran down a woman with the guards truck before he was shot. He shot him three times, remains in Critical Condition and faces criminal charges. The Sheriffs Department says a video of the stunning events will be released soon. Police are making progress into a shooting at the mall which sent terrified shoppers running for cover last week.
