Investigators say the victim was in the parking lot with friends when an suv pulled up. Were told the victim got out of his car and then got into some kind of argument with the person in the suv. A person in the suv ended up firing, opening fire and then taking off. And its not clear exactly what led up to the argument. Abc 7 News Reporter Julian Glover is at the scene. We will have a live report coming up in the next half hour. Also in the east bay this morning, a hayward nursing home has become a hot zone for coronavirus. Six people are confirmed dead. Dozens of others are confirmed to have the virus. This is happening at gateway care and Rehabilitation Center on patrick avenue in hayward and Amy Hollyfield is live with what were learning about this outbreak. Amy . Mortuary workers wore full hazmat gear as they recovered the bodies.
