The judge in his election interference case extended a gag order ahead of the trial later this month. Senior investigative correspondent Aaron Katersky is at the courthouse. Good morning, aaron. Reporter good morning. Posting bond means former President Trump is no longer an immediate risk of losing control of his apartment on fifth avenue or the rest of his real estate, 175 million bond though comes as in his criminal trial trump is under a new restriction. This morning donald trump can no longer attack the daughter of the judge overseeing his prosecution. The judge expanded a gag order to cover his family and the family of Manhattan District Attorney alvin bragg writing this patted pattern of attacking family members assigned to his cases serves no legitimate purpose. It merely injects fear. Trump attacked the judges tkau daughter by name over her Political Consulting work for democrats. His attorneys argue trump must be permitted to speak on these issues. But the judge said defendants conduct is deliberate and intended to intimidate this court and impede the ordinarily administration of this trial. Trump is scheduled to stand trial starting april 15th on charges accusing him of falsifying Business Records to conceal allegations of an affair with porn actress Stormy Daniels from voters before the 2016 election. Trump has pleaded not guilty and wants the judge to recuse himself. In his civil fraud case trump has now secured a 175 million bond, putting nearly half billion dollar judgment on hold while he appeals. Its also giving voters the final say on abortion rights. Rachel scott has that story for us. Good morning, rachel. Reporter robin, good morning. These are two big decisions. The Florida StateSupreme Court has cleared the way for one of the strictest abortion bans in the nation to go into effect. It bans abortion at just six week s into pregnancy. Thats before most women even know that they are pregnant. Take a look at the impact of this. That means virtually every state in the south has now imposed restrictions. At the same time, that same state Supreme Court also deciding to let this issue be on the ballot in november. Allowing florida voters to decide whether they want to protect access to abortion up until viability which is considered to be around 24 weeks into pregnancy. We know that could have Major Political implications as well. In all six states where abortion rights have appeared on the ballot, the side of abortion rights has won including conservative state likes kentucky, ohio and kansas. That raises major questions about whether that could help President Biden and democrats in november, michael . Michael all right, rachel. So many questions there. Thank you very much for that.
