Kari hall mentioned, temperatures in the north bay are expected to climb into the low 90 ts in some places. Maybe the sierra susceptible to fire flaring up again. Cal fire says theyre not letting their guard down yet. We still have over 400 people out here working on these fire lines to reenforce the containment, to really esure any hot is found is put out. Firefighters not just keeping an eye on the conditions in the north bay but throughout the area. And firefighters continue to work towards full containment of all the fires in the north bay. Where were standing is the department of Health Services here in santa rosa and folks are turning in whats called these right of entry forms. Thats where theyre going right inside here. Thats basically giving the Government Agencies permission to let the u. S. Army corps of engineers eventually remove any debris from their home. So thats what youre seeing here. The department of Health Service building. There are a lot of questions about what this right of entry form means. First and foremost, if youre doing it on your own and want to get your own contractor, the county is still working on the protocol where you can go back safely to do so. If youre turning in one of these forms and you dont have insurance, you dont have to pay for attention. Thats what the county supervisors are telling me. The federal and state agencies in charge of this cleanup will foot the bill. If your insurance has a debris removal provision in it, the money you receive from that will be paid to the Government Agency taking care of the cleanup. Received around 300 to 400 applications. Universitys department of Public Safety reports the alleged rape took place on the east side of campus sometime after midnight in the early hours of monday morning. Law enforcement says the victim and suspect knew each other but didnt divulge the circumstances surrounding the attack. Its not clear if officers have arrested the suspect. Were still waiting to find out the identity of the driver who died in a fiery crash while driving on the wrong way on 880 in in fremont. This is the scene that was left behind. The chp says the wrong way driver crashed into the Center Divide and thats when the car burst into flames killing the driver. It happened a little after 2 00 a. M. In northbound lanes. Police in san jose are looking for the driver and passenger jeras of a toyota camry that crashed no a semi. Everyone in the camry took off running. The truck driver stayed and cooperated with police. An Oakland Police officer is in a hospital and the search is on for the woman who hit him. Police say that driver of that car actually investigators say theyre looking for that evidence. The police say the two officers were running after a suspect when that woman hit one of the officers and her car, and drove away. The estranged brother of the las vegas shooter has been arrested in a child pornography investigation. 358yearold bruce paddock was detained at a los angeles assisted living facility where he was awaiting surgery for a spinal stenosis. And then you head down towards morgan hill and its 80 degrees, while its 77 in san jose. Livermore is now at 72 degrees. We have some low to mid70s in the north bay. It feels much better than it did yesterday at this time, but its going to heat up quickly again today. Were going to be the in the upper 80s for the south bay. Los gatos up to 83 degrees.
