Cocos former companion ndume is expected to make a trip to the cincinnati zoo after a judges order. The cincinnati zoo loaned the gorilla 25 years ago to be a companion for coco. Coco as you know became famous for learning sign language. The 46yearold gorilla died in he s ago. Passed away but theres been a legal battle between the zoo and the foundation. Yesterday the Gorilla Foundation said it was worried about ndumes health after he got an infection they say likely caused by stress. Theyre also worried about ndumes emotional health. But the day has come for the move. The Gorilla Foundation says we are deeply saddened that our beloved ndume is leaving and wish the very best for his happiness, good health and peace of mind.
