Is it legal and whats the response from city college . It is technically legal. I mean city college, they havent had any sort of official response yet. They have been asked about making a parking lot available. They havent responded yet. The students, they try to be good citizens, good stewards of the neighborhood. They keep their vehicles with a current legal dmv registration. They make friends with the Campus Police officers. They move to the correct side of the street for the street sweeper, and they even actually pick up garbage every morning before theyre doing their part . Theyre doing their part.
