Neighbors say theyve been pretty frustrated because theyre hearing power is going to come back off and on sometime tonight but havent heard any confirmation. This is a life look at the local q restaurant in calistoga, good barbecue there. Within the past five minutes, the lights just turned back on. And as i roll this into tomorrow mornings forecast, it continues to remain calm with wind below 10milesperhour. But the big problem, of course, is the lack of rainfall. Crews have been able to contain the flames to mostly rugged terrain. New details about that fire at a uhaul business in the east bay. This happened at the uhaul on monte boulevard on sunday evening. Firefighters were worried about not being able to get it under control because of the high winds. You see footage there.
