After they moved into the less restrictive orange tier on october 27. Theyre rolling back Indoor Dining and religious services to 50 capacity. Out door bars have to close and card rooms cant operate inside. In santa clara theres a similar up tick in cases over the last week. Now that county Public Health department is urging people to stay vigilant. We dont want to moving back into a more restrictive tier. And we do not want to do that. We want to continue to advance and move to the yellow tier. So far the county has not announced any roll back. In the south bay a Community College teacher from gilroy with ties to the boog a lieu movement is standing trial. Charged with felony counts of stalking and threatening a public official. If convicted he could face three years in prison. Prosecutors say he threatened the Health Officer over covid19 orders that she issued. Guns, ammunition and explosives were seized from his home. Does anybody know what happened . A family is pleading for witnesses to come forward after a father was brutally beaten working at a grocery store. It happened halloween night.
