Biden is experiencing mild symptoms right now, that she will remain at their home in delaware while the president is here at the white house. This is the second time that she has gotten covid. The first was last august. The president , you remember, had it weeks earlier. They both took paxlovid back then. They both had no serious symptoms. The president and the first lady toured the disaster zone after hurricane idalia, they met with local leaders there. Spent sunday together in rehoboth. The White House Press secretary said the president tested negative last night, that he will be tested at a regular cadence this week while monitoring for symptoms. Of course, as the oldest president in the u. S. , President Bidens age as ham under scrutiny ahead of the 2020 election. He and the first lady have both been vaccinated and received multiple booster shots. They spent a lot of time together this weekend and there is a highprofile trip ahead. Reporter Ryan Drummond believes his home might have been one of those hiding spots. He flickered the lights to know he was there.
