And he graduated from the university of tennessee at chattanooga with a degree in engineering. He was pulled over in april. He had slurred speech bloodshot eyes and there was an odor of marijuana. He had worked for ten days at a facility that operates power plants. The company said he was dismissed because he did not meet ongoing requirements needed for employment and he never had access to sensitive information.
