Also in san jose tonight 3 men are behind bars accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 14yearold girl. The suspects abducted the girl from capitola on tuesday and drove her to an easy 8 hotel in san jose. The victim had no idea where she was, so she posted to snapchat to notify friends she was kidnapped. They tracked her down to this easy 8 motel. Police busted the suspects and arrested them yesterday. They face a number of charges including kidnapping, false imprisonment, and sexual assault. A legal challenge for pg e tonight.
